My career has also seen its share of achievements; while working as a Technical support and costumer service in Honeywell , I was able to manage more than 20 000 devices and panels with different kind of technologies
I have learned and accomplished a great deal in my 6 years of costumer service soft skills. One of my proudest moments to date occurred while I was an bilingual agent at Honeywell. In this capacity, I was responsible for providing the right procedures in order to solved problems through the right training and costumer service soft skills . On one occasion, I was rewarder with the first place as the best agent of my group, which led to get a monetary compensation.
In my recent capacity as Costumer service for Capital Home Partners , I was able to significantly expand my skill-set. My responsibilities for setting appointments and fill out applications for Home Loans and approved application due the information the costumer sent us caused me to develop my Costumer service and Real State knowledge and my law procedures linked with different programs that we available for a different types of costumer and different sort of needs in particular. I believe that these skills, as well as my Civil Engineer bachelor degree , make me an excellent candidate for your company.
