My journey began way back in 2016, I started as a teacher in an International Catholic School as a Science teacher. The faculty taught me all the basics. They taught me how to be humble, to always be optimistic, accept criticisms positively, always allow room for growth and improvement, strictly follow schedules, commit to your task, and always deliver before the deadline.

Here I also learn and master data entry skills, Microsoft office and google suite skills for computing grades, editing files, creating presentations, online research, data analysis, critical thinking skills, and compliance.

In April 2019 after my contract. I decided to move forward and open my eyes to different possibilities. I went to Manila for vacation and decided to become an assistant to a real estate broker. Then I become her agent gathering leads from our Facebook ads campaign, and websites. My task is to call each one of the possible leads and set appointments for visits, and more importantly pitch for sale. I did that for 3 months then I move on to customer service to enhance my communication skills.

In September of 2019, I started to move forth in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for more than 1 year and 6 months. Here I mastered how to become adaptable for constant change in schedule, system, and workmates. I also enhance my basic communication skills, interpersonal relations skills, and customer service skills. I learned and mastered how to take calls, write emails to customers and business partners, file different forms for our back office team and metric management.
